Reinhard Zweidler
Reinhard Zweidler is a member of the IFAA Board of Directors since 2023 and has a broad background of experience in evaluation and law.He ran his own law firm for 20 years, then worked as head of legal services at the Federal Office for the Environment, Forests and Landscape (SAEFL). Afterwards he set up the stakeholder management programme and the evaluation unit at the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN). In 2018 he moved to the international engineering and consulting company EBP. He teaches at the University Of Applied Science Of Northwest Switzerland FHNW and at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW on various topics in the field of environment, climate and law. He regularly writes specialist articles in the field of evaluation and, as a co-author, has played a key role in the development of the current SEVAL standards. Since 2020 he has also headed the counselling centre of the Swiss Evaluation Society SEVAL.
